I have been ordering meals from Fit Five since the company started many years ago. I can tell you the food keeps getting better and better! I have never been disappointed with a meal yet. They are all delicious and healthy, plus their customer service is exceptional. I can’t recommend them enough.

Fit Five is impressive! So much so that I’ve stopped ordering from similar companies. Weekly, I’ll order enough for 3 dinners and the occasional lunch. The cost is on par with takeout and is so much better for me! Their website and app provide all the nutritional information I need to make healthy meal decisions. And the taste is definitely crave-worthy. 5 ⭐️’s for taste, quality, ease of ordering, and their outstanding customer service.

These meals are so good. Seasoned well with sauces to increase flavor. The meals are fairly simple but Fit Five is so east. Place an order, pick up after my Circuit Workout Class at Stronghold Fitness. Enjoy all week. I take the meals to work and enjoy them at home. I haven't regretted ordering the yummy meals yet.

I've used Fit Five for several months, and I couldn't be happier. I order for both my husband and for myself, and I even order meals for when I go out of town — I just keep them in the hotel or AirBNB fridge. I've tried a lot of other prepared meals, and here's why I love Fit Five best: Accurate Macros: They're really dedicated to making sure the calorie counts and macros are accurate, and I've gotten meals from other services where that didn't seem to be the case. Variety of Calories/Macros: My husband is a gym owner, so he needs a lot of calories, and my exercise is moderate, so I don't. I can find meals for both of us with Fit Five, and other services that I've tried had either low-calorie meals for weight loss or high-calorie meals for fueling heavy workouts, but not both. Easy to Order: The App makes ordering really easy, and you can even get a reminder text for the last day orders are open so you'll remember. Delivery with Low Packaging: I like that the meals are delivered fresh to my door, but they aren't shipped, so they don't have a ton of packaging around them — just what's necessary and nothing else. Order Close to Delivery Date: You can late in the week for Saturday delivery, which is as good as it gets for something like this. (They also have delivery date options — either Saturday or Monday — and you can switch it up each time you order to fit your schedule.) Separate Sauces: I like that sauces are separate and not included in the calories/macros. I can be picky about sauces, so I can easily skip a sauce if I don't like it (or if I need to keep my meal a little lower on calories). They have a really easy to read, thorough spreadsheet of sauce calories/macros, so it's really easy to add in the sauce if you're having it. Great Seasoning: We got really bored with other services because there are only so many times you want to have chicken in a week. With Fit Five, even the "boring" meals (chicken + sweet potato + carrots, for example) are seasoned

I absolutely love Fit Five Meals. I’ve been ordering from them for the last 2 months now. The ordering process is seamless, their menu is always changing so you never get bored, and -most importantly- I haven’t eaten a meal that wasn’t delicious. This meal service has taken the time and stress out of meal prep and allowed me to eat healthy, delicious meals conveniently. I am a customer for life.

I am trying to eat better but, like everyone these days, I'm super busy and it's hard to make time to meal prep every week. I ordered a dozen of these meals on recommendation from a friend and honestly, I've been blown away by the quality, flavor, and portion sizes. I actually look forward to eating these! It's saving me from running out for fast food- which would cost just as much (or more!) and be much less nutritious- so I'm thrilled to keep purchasing from Fit Five.

We have been using Fit Five for years and it is so good! If you’re looking to track your macros they are excellent for staying where you want to be. If you’re busy and don’t want to eat crappy foods, perfect option. If you failed to pre order, you can hop into your closest location and grab from the fridge. The food actually tastes amazing and is truly fit for everyone. I appreciate the thoughtful meal choices each week and will continue to support and send others your way!
